Create Your Own Miracle

Life love people who are have positive attitudes towards life, who are cherish life, who are industrious and courageous, who are have passion. In our daily life, so many happiness need us strive for, so many chance need us to  win over, so many success need us to fight for. Opportunities in the hands of yourselves, hurry up, pay a great effort to create your miracle. I have read a article, here I want to share with you.

My skills, my mind, my heart, and my body will stagnate, rot, and die lest I put them to good use. I have unlimited potential. Only a small portion of my brain do I employ; only a paltry amount of my muscles do I flex. A hundredfold or more can I increase my accomplishments of yesterday and this I will do, beginning today.

Nevermore will I be satisfied with yesterday's accomplishments nor will I indulge, anymore, in self-praise for deeds which in reality are too small to even acknowledge. I can accomplish far more than I have, and I will, for why should the miracle which produced me end with my birth? Why can I not extend that miracle to my deeds of today?

And I am not on this earth by chance. I am here for a purpose and that purpose is to grow into a mountain, not to shrink to a grain of sand. Henceforth will I apply all my efforts to become the highest mountain of all and I will strain my potential until it cries for mercy.

I have been given eyes to see and a mind to think and now I know a great secret of life for I perceive, at last, that all my problems, discouragements, heartaches are, in truth, great opportunities in disguise. I will no longer be fooled by the garments they wear for mine eyes are open. I will look beyond the cloth and I will not be deceived.

If You Want to be Happy, Then Stop Complain

If you want to be happy, then stop complain , feel every ordinary and good things around you, simple pleasure is the most happiness. In our daily life, everyone want to be a happy person, people are work hard to live a happy life. In fact, to be happy is the not so easy to.

If we really want to be happy, why do we act like such babies?

We can claim to be proactive in our life by settings goals and going after what we want. But if we’re always whining and complaining all the time, are we really living effectively?

If you don’t believe me, count how many times you complain about something or other in one day. Whether it be being stuck in traffic, being bothered by the weather, not enough mustard on your sandwich, or whatever it is, there are endless instances where you can find a reason to complain.

But it’s not just outside circumstances that we complain about. We complain about about ourselves too. We complain that we don’t have enough time, we don’t have enough money (this one is huge because it’s often “true”), that we’re not smart enough, cool enough, or just enough.

I know I’ve experienced plenty of unpleasantness due to complaining about things I can’t control. I never really thought about it much until I found this website about “living in a complain free world.”

Imagine how much happier you would be if you simply stopped complaining? Much of what you complain about is outside of your control anyway. What’s the point of brooding about something you have no power to change? Not very intelligent, if you ask me.

Simply becoming conscious of how much you complain is the first step to stopping. When you recognize that you’re complaining, stop and take notice of it. Ask yourself if you would rather complain, or be happy.

The Great Secret of Success

Everyone wants to succeed, but how far success away from us ? Do you know? Maybe just a step distance.

If you have not succeeded, please don't complain, only shows that you don't work hard enough.  There is no something you can't do, only that you not dare to think. If you have thought, then try hard to do it, never give up, success will leave you more and more nearly.

Here have a story can tell you this reason well. If you want to be success, please read and understand it.

Once there was a young man who came to ask Socrates how to learn philosophy. Socrates said nothing but took him along to a river. He suddenly pushed him into the river forcibly. At first the young man thought Socrates was kidding so he didn't take it to heart. But Socrates also jumped into the river and pulled his head into water desperately. At this time the young man was really scared, his instinct of living made him use all his strength lifting Socrates and climbed to the bank.

The young man asked Socrates with puzzle why he did that, Socrates replied:
"I just want to tell you whatever you do, do it with a determination to be unexpectedly rescued from a desperate situation. Only like that can you make a genuine achievement."

The Story of Sand and Stone

Learn to tolerance, tolerance is a virtue; Learn to be grateful,  you will know more to cherish everything in the life. "When someone hurts you, you should write it down in the sand, winds of forgiveness can erase the hatred away. And when someone do something good for us, we must engrave it in stone where no wind can erase it.

The story goes that two friends were walking through the desert. During some point of the journey they had an argument, and one friend slapped the other one in the face.

The one who got slapped felt hurt, but without saying anything, wrote in the sand: Today my best friend slapped me in the face.

They kept on walking until they found an oasis, where they decided to take a bath. The one who had been slapped got stuck in the mire and started drowning, but the friend saved him.

After he recovered from the near drowning, he wrote on a stone: quot;Today my best friend saved my life.

The friend who had slapped and saved his best friend asked him, After I hurt you, you wrote in the sand and now you write on a stone. Why?

The other friend replied: quot;When someone hurts us we should write it down in sand where winds of forgiveness can erase it away. But when someone does something good for us, we must engrave it in stone where no wind can ever erase it.

Traditional Diet Chinese Dumplings

China have a broad and profound diet culture. It has a long history. Especially in some traditional holidays, what to eat have some study,  implied meaning and legend story.

Dumplings from China has 2600 years of history. Dumplings are traditional diet in China. It becomes the must have diet in the new year's eve. Chinese dumplings may be round or crescent-shaped, boiled or pan-fried. The filling may be sweet or savory; vegetarian or filled with meat and vegetables. Of course, all this variety can be confusing. Dumplings making is a kind of art. So many people in the world perfer to eat Chinese Dumplings. Now let me introduce to you how to make Chinese dumplings.

Ingredients

    * Some dumpling wraps
    * Minced or ground pork or lamb
    * Napa cabbage
    * Salt
    * Black pepper
    * Sesame oil
    * Balm, a green vegetable also know as  scallion in Chinese.
    * Tai bai fen, cooking starch made from potatoes or cassava (or substitute with arrowroot powder or corn starch).

Making Steps:

(1)Shred the cabbage and put into a stainless pot.

(2)Mix the cabbage and minced meat together by hand. Ground meat is meat finely chopped by a meat grinder. Pork and lamb are generally preferred for Chinese dumplings, but beef, chicken, and turkey may be used as well. In South Asia, both lamb (mutton) and goat meat are popular. The process of mincing is usually done manually.

(3)Add the balm, salt and a little tai bai fen (cornstarch/cornflour) and mix again.

(4)Massage the cabbage mixture with your hand for 10 minutes. to make it dry. While you massage the mixture, if you feel that there is not enough tai bai fen, you should add more.

(5)Put the mixture on the wrapping. Two types of wrappers are readily available in supermarkets and Asian food stores. Wonton wrappers (also called skins) are delicate and paper-thin, usually about a thirty-second of an inch thick. They typically come in three-inch squares and are made from flour, eggs, and salt. These wrappers, which are Chinese in origin, are suitable for boiling, steaming, deep-frying, and pan-frying. You can also make your own.

(6)Wet the edge with a damp finger and fold the sides together, crimping (pressing together) with your fingers to seal the contents inside. To do this, first fold it in half and press together the top of the edge. Then press each side together, while crimping it so that it looks like the picture below. Simple mechanical "dumpling presses" are also available to simplify this process.

(7)Wrap the crusts up as in the picture below.

(8)Put the dumplings in boiling water. To make sure that they are thoroughly cooked, one method in China is the "3 boil" method: Add the dumplings to boiling water, and return the water to a boil. Then add 1 or 2 cups of water (cold or room temp). Wait for it to boil the second time, then add water again. After the water boils the third time, it's
done!

(9)Transfer the dumplings carefully from the pot to a plate and enjoy.

If Life Can Be Redone

If life can be redone.  Will you have a new arrangement? ! If all will be more interesting? But over again, it  whether on the grasp of yourself ? The charming of life is that it seems to grasp, but in the expected. So Live in the present, live for it now.  If...    Just have a thinking in your leisure time.

If I had my life to live over……I would have talked less and listened more.

I would have invited friends over to dinner even if the carpet was strained and the sofa faded.

I would have taken the time to listen to my grandfather ramble about his youth.

I would never have insisted the car windows be rolled up on a summer day because my hair had just been teased and sprayed.

I would have burned the pink candle sculpted like a rose before it melted in storage.

I would have sat on the lawn with my children and not worried about grass stains.

I would have cried and laughed less while watching television - and more while watching life.

I would have gone to bed when I was sick instead of pretending the earth would go into a holding patter if I were not there for the day.

I would never have bought anything just because it was practical,would not show soil or was guaranteed to last a life time.

There would have been more“I love yous”……more“I‘m sorrys”……but mostly,given another shots at life,I would seize every minute……look at it and really see it……live it……and never give it back.
